No one likes losing hair. Keep your crowning glory healthy and shinning by following the below given steps
1. Eat protein rich foods like soybean, low fat cheese, eggs, beans and yoghurt to aid hair growth.
2. If your scalp is oily or you have dandruff, drink plenty of water.
3. Add juice of lemon to a glass of water and drink it first thing in the morning.
4. Eat a small bowl of sprouts daily. Also include fresh fruits, salads, green leafy vegetables, whole grains in your diet.
5. Do not go for incomplete sleep.
6. Restrict your consumption of junk food like burgers, chips, finger fries, sugary foods, caffeine, carbonated drinks, excessive raw food, and tofu as these are responsible for hair thinning.
7. Massage your hair at least twice a month with a lukewarm oil like coconut oil or almond oil.
8. Do not comb your hair when they are wet. Because at that time the roots of the hair are weakest.
9. Apply mixture of amla, shikakai and dry neem leaves to your scalp for an hour before washing.
10. Eat iron rich food like apples, jaggery, carrot and beetroot.
