Tips to take care of your toenails


Do you know that your nails grow about 1mm in 10 days??? Actually your nails are made up of a protein named keratin. You very well know that if your nails are dirty you can not stay healthy and fit because that dirt goes inside your body when you eat something and in turn your health get affected. So you should start taking care of your nails to stay healthy and fit. Each and everyone of you want your nails to look attractive. So you need to take care of your toenails and also your finger nails properly so that they look attractive and does not affect your health even.

  Some of the tips are given below:
  • First step is that you trim your nails nicely.
  • Trim your nails after bath/shower because at that time they are less brittle and can be trimmed easily.
  • File your hands nicely. Shapes of your nails depends upon the shapes of your hand or feet fingers .
  • Don't bite your nails because biting your nails is near to the death of their good looks.
  • Don't cut your cuticles push them back.
  • Don't use them at the place of tools.
  • Moisturize your nails after and before the bed.
  • Soak your fingers in warm water with a little shampoo in it for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Don't let them grow too long.
  • Polish your nails to keep them healthy and strong.
  • Apply base coat first then apply other colored coats of your choice.
  • Use acetone free removers to prevent dryness of your nails.
If you start following the above steps your nails will definitely become healthy and strong.
