Tips to care about your feet
For countless hours everyday your feet bear your full weight. Imagine your life without your feet. How would you be able to walk, run or stand. So in turn your feet demand from you that you take care of your feet as well. Imagine that you are going to a party and you are dressed very well but your feet are not in good condition. Then you feel embarrass about them and you try to hide them. So its better you take care of your feet daily. To keep yourself healthy and fit it is necessary that you keep  feet healthy.

       Some of the tips to keep feet healthy are given below:
  • One of the best home remedy is that add some drops of shampoo to hot water in a bucket and soak your feet in it for 10-15 minutes. Then clean your feet with brush. This will remove the dead skin of your feet.  This method should be repeated after every 2 weeks in a month.
  • You should wear proper sized shoes.  Neither big from your size nor small. This will keep your feet healthy.
  • Wear proper socks to protect your feet from dirt, pollution and sunlight.
  • Moisturize them daily.
  • Massage them in circular motions with any oil or lotion. This will relax you when you are very tired.
  • In winters dryness cracks the skin of your heels. You can use various types of creams get protected from the dryness of heels.
  • Dip your feet everyday in hot water for 5-10 minutes.
  • Women undergoes these problems more as compared to men. So women need to take care of their feet more. Some of the typical foot problems include cuts, cracked heels, sores, fungus or bacterial infection. So you need to be more careful with your feet. If your feet are healthy enough you will automatically be healthy. You can perform any task without getting hesitated and embarrassed. So keep good foot care in your habit and stay fit.

Health and Fitness are related to each other. A person can not be healthy if he is fit or he can not be fit even if he is healthy. This means a person can not have one without the other. When you generally talk about fitness a picture of body builder or a trainer or an athlete comes in your mind but actually only having muscles does not mean he is fit. Health is a condition under which a person is physically,mentally and socially well. Fitness refers to the condition of a person under which he can perform specific jobs and tasks in a proper manner. Being fit does not indicate towards body fitness only, it also indicates to be mentally and physically well as well.

There are various components of fitness which includes strength, speed, flexibility, muscular endurance, agility, power, body composition etc. Each of the component has its own meaning and importance. Muscular endurance defines the ability of muscles to perform a particular task with getting fatigued. Flexibility is the ability of various joints in the body to move for a specific motion. Strength is the ability of muscles that how much force they can produce. Speed is the ability that how fast our muscles can perform a task. Agility is the ability of muscles to perform repeated movements again and again in opposite direction.

The best way of achieving fitness or improving the above components is doing exercise. From our childhood  we are taught to do exercise as it benefits our all body parts. When we exercise, our lungs are able to achieve more oxygen which in turn is supplied to heart and brain when heart and lungs get more oxygen they functions more properly. Also while doing exercise the waste products of our body comes out in terms of carbon dioxide while exhaling and in the form of sweat. So the fitness components get improved day by day and you start becoming healthy and fit.

If you are not interested in doing exercise indoor you can follow outdoor exercises. For walking, swimming, running, cycling which even proves more helpful. A person can also perform yoga for achieving mental and body fitness. When you become fit and healthy you can prevent yourselves from several diseases like obesity, diabetes, cholesterol. Also stress reduces.proper healthy diets which includes green leafy vegetables and fruits, sufficient sleep and rest also proves helpful in staying healthy and fit. So achieving fitness is the key to create your destiny.

Tips for hand care

Hands are those parts of your body that get mostly used by you whether you do anything from picking a jar to eating, writing or using a phone or during communication your hands are used and so in turn they get the maximum exposure to harmful and harsh chemicals for example when you wash your dishes or your clothes your hands get the most contact with the detergent chemicals. These chemicals make your skin of hands dead and sag. To keep your hands clean and fresh you need to take care of your hands regularly.  

          Some of the tips for hand care are described below:
  • Some protective measures should be taken by you such as use cotton gloves while you you do work with detergents or soil in the gardens.
  • In summers protect your hands from sunlight. Use sunscreens for this purpose. Different sunscreens are available with different spf in the market.
  • In winters moisturize your hands daily with a moisturizer or any cold cream.
  • Rub slices of potatoes,lemons to remove stains or any marks from your hands.
  • At home you can use rose water,almond oil, cucumber juice like ingredients. These work to remove the tanning of your hands.
  • Mix glycerine, lemon juice, rose water in equal proportions and then daily apply to to your hands every night. This will make your hands soft.
