Tips to get healthy


 
 
Health and Fitness are related to each other. A person can not be healthy if he is fit or he can not be fit even if he is healthy. This means a person can not have one without the other. When you generally talk about fitness a picture of body builder or a trainer or an athlete comes in your mind but actually only having muscles does not mean he is fit. Health is a condition under which a person is physically,mentally and socially well. Fitness refers to the condition of a person under which he can perform specific jobs and tasks in a proper manner. Being fit does not indicate towards body fitness only, it also indicates to be mentally and physically well as well.

There are various components of fitness which includes strength, speed, flexibility, muscular endurance, agility, power, body composition etc. Each of the component has its own meaning and importance. Muscular endurance defines the ability of muscles to perform a particular task with getting fatigued. Flexibility is the ability of various joints in the body to move for a specific motion. Strength is the ability of muscles that how much force they can produce. Speed is the ability that how fast our muscles can perform a task. Agility is the ability of muscles to perform repeated movements again and again in opposite direction.

The best way of achieving fitness or improving the above components is doing exercise. From our childhood  we are taught to do exercise as it benefits our all body parts. When we exercise, our lungs are able to achieve more oxygen which in turn is supplied to heart and brain when heart and lungs get more oxygen they functions more properly. Also while doing exercise the waste products of our body comes out in terms of carbon dioxide while exhaling and in the form of sweat. So the fitness components get improved day by day and you start becoming healthy and fit.

If you are not interested in doing exercise indoor you can follow outdoor exercises. For walking, swimming, running, cycling which even proves more helpful. A person can also perform yoga for achieving mental and body fitness. When you become fit and healthy you can prevent yourselves from several diseases like obesity, diabetes, cholesterol. Also stress reduces.proper healthy diets which includes green leafy vegetables and fruits, sufficient sleep and rest also proves helpful in staying healthy and fit. So achieving fitness is the key to create your destiny.
