Quality of your sleep affects the quality of life, which includes mental sharpness, emotional balance, creativity, productivity and even your weight too. Sleep deprivation or sleep deficit or lack of sleep or sleeping for less time is associated with diseases like obesity, heart attack and depression. There are several hidden dangers and effects of lack of sleep to your health.  A good night’s sleep is necessary for your good health and can work wonders for your health and well being. You are required to take at least sleep of 8 to 9 hours. Especially students who had insufficient sleep are at risk of greater health issues because for good health your body needs rest, repair and recharge every night.
